Nice Article, But according to the ScreenShot that you posted , White listing isn't acceptable if you're using FCM for push notifications, However I have found that even FCM notifications aren't triggered in doze/standby mode on some phones.

Did you find a way around that , when you are using FCM and still no messages are received when on doze mode?
